Q: Is the service free?
A: No. BandSpaces are individually designed by our team and take time and effort. Please fill our our quote form to receive a price for your own BandSpace.

Q: Do you use templates?
A: No we don't. Each BandSpace is created specifically for the customer and designed to their specifications and desires.

Q: How long does it take to create a BandSpace?
A: At most, the process can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Timelines depend on amount of workflow at hand and are not guaranteed.

Q: How do I update my site?
A: We include special instructions on how to update your site. Updating your Myspace page is done basically the same way as you do now. We make no changes to the backend.

Q: I don't have a place to upload my template images!
A: Don't worry, we create a new www.photobucket.com account for each page we create.

Q: I have a personal Myspace account. Can you customize that too?
A: Definitely! We started by designing the personal pages, but the Music pages seemed much more popular. If you would like a custom design for your personal page, just fill out the quote form and specify that you are an individual.

Q: I am a business/organization. Can I have my Company's Myspace page designed too?
A: Yes! Please fill out the quote form and describe your needs and we will work with you to create professional looking Myspace page.

Q. Do you offer refunds if I don't like the final result?
A: Sorry, there are no refunds on spaces that have already been started. All of the hours of designing work put into each BandSpace has to be accounted for. Unlike a product, we are a service that's time and effort cannot be refunded. This information is outlined in our Terms of Service. We assure you, however, that your space will look how you want it to. We work with you and use any ideas you might have to create a final product you will love.

Q: Can I use your designs or code for my own profile/someone elses' profile?
Absolutely not. All work that BandSpaces produces is copywritten and it is against the law to copy, duplicate, or resell any original material created by us. This also means you may not remove any copyright notices from the code or work we provide you with. If we find someone who has copied, duplicated, or resold our work, we will immediately step in and take all actions necessary to rectify the situation. You can report stolen work here.
