  • A: No. BandSpaces are individually designed by our team and take time and effort. Please fill our our quote form to receive a price for your own BandSpace.
  • A: The total cost of your BandSpaces profile includes a complete custom profile design created by a top designer, the time involved to create the profile, unlimited requested changes or edits to the initial design, complete custom coding of your page using our exclusive BandSpaces coding technique, and finally the testing and publishing your page to Myspace.
  • A: A Basic BandSpace is our most popular type of BandSpace. Your entire page is customized and created using graphics, whereas an Advanced BandSpace may contain a higher level of complexity or special features. An Advanced BandSpace has the ability to contain animated features, special components, or custom modules. Advanced BandSpaces are generally much higher priced than Basic BandSpaces due to the amount of time and complexity involved.
  • A: No we don't. Each BandSpace is created specifically for the customer and designed to their specifications and desires.
  • A: The process generally takes 2-3 weeks to complete. However, timelines depend on amount of workflow at hand as well as how quickly communication between BandSpaces and the client flows. Timelines are not guaranteed though we do our best to meet them.
  • A: We include special instructions on how to update your site once your project is complete. Updating your Myspace page is done basically the same way as you do now. We make no changes to the backend or database. You will still be able to update your shows, photos, music, friends, blogs, and any other default Myspace feature as you do now.
  • A: Definitely! We started by designing the personal pages, but the Music pages seemed much more popular. If you would like a custom design for your personal page or a page for your company, just fill out the quote form and specify that you are an individual.
  • A: Yes! Please fill out the quote form and describe your needs and we will work with you to create professional looking Myspace page.
  • A: There will be no refunds on BandSpaces that have already been started. All of the hours of designing work put into each BandSpace has to be accounted for. When making payment for your BandSpaces profile, the required time is set aside for a designer to create your page. Unlike a product, we are a service that's time and effort cannot be refunded. This information is outlined in our Terms of Service. We assure you, however, that your space will look how you want it to. You will have the final say in how your page looks, and we do not stop working on your layout design until you are 100% happy with it. We work with you and use any ideas you might have to create a final product you will love.
  • Absolutely not. All work that BandSpaces produces is copywritten and it is against the law to copy, duplicate, or resell any original material created by us. This also means you may not remove any copyright notices from the code or work we provide you with. If we find someone who has copied, duplicated, or resold our work, we will immediately step in and take all actions necessary to rectify the situation. If your work has been stolen, or you have come across a unofficial BandSpaces profile, we encourage you to report stolen work here.
